However, if you find that they only show one or two sets of before and after pictures of each procedure and they are not even that spectacular, I would consider that a red flag that they have either not had much experience, or they are not that detail oriented. Procedures like body lifts, breast lifts, arm lifts, and thigh lifts are major surgeries and should only be done by the best plastic surgeons in los angeles and orange county. Be aware that competition among plastic surgeons for your business is fierce, but only some, like Dr. Nguyen really truly CARE about you AND CAN BACK IT UP with the results that only unique surgical skill and extensive experience can provide. Do not compromise in choosing a plastic or reconstructive surgeon after your gastric bypass. Take your time & do your research before choosing to proceed forward. I totally know where Heather is coming from here. I looked around for several years after having gastric bypass until I found Dr. Nguyen. I was ready for cosmetic surgery, but couldn’t find the right doctor. I honestly met with several plastic surgeons in Orange County that were recommended by people who had procedures done with them and I was not that impressed with the doctors, their bedside manner, or their before and after pictures. I had the works with Dr. Nguyen - body lift, breast augmentation with lift, arm lift, and most recently thigh lift surgery. I definitely recommend Dr. Nguyen if you are considering any type of procedure after Gastric Bypass. He is a perfectionist and does the most beautiful job. I absolutely can’t believe my results - I look way better than I ever could have imagined. My friends and family are so impressed with his work. My scars are almost non-existent.
