Understanding Orange County Eyelid Surgery
While a number of restorative surgeries are done every day in California, one of the most common is the Orange County eyelid surgery. Also known as blepharoplasty, this type of surgery removes fatty tissue on and around the eyelids, and also tightens the skin around the eyes. With Orange County eyelid surgery, the patient can have just the upper or lower eyelid done, or both eyelids during the same procedure. Regardless, the results give the person a more youthful appearance by getting rid of sagging skin and puffiness. After Orange County eyelid surgery, you may require additional procedures to correct more persistent problems, such as “crow’s feet” or fine lines around the eyes. These problems are superficial and not effectively reduced by eyelid surgery but they may be helped by chemical peel and/or botox after your recovery from eyelid surgery is complete.
